- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Assessing staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Coordination with Vendors and closing the deals.
- Supervision & Coordination for Office Maintenance, Cleanliness Activities & other day to day activities
- Ensure integration of office infrastructure
- Monitoring and Maintaining Fire & Safety in and around the Office premises
- Supervision & Coordination for Events & Festival Celebrations etc.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Team Management & Leadership Skills
- Good Communication Skills
